Returns/Exchanges: Customers must contact the store within 2 days to notify us of the issue with the item and then the customer has 7 days to return the item from the date purchased in store or from the date received if it was an online order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unwashed, unworn, undamaged and in the same condition that it was received. The item must still have the original tags attached. The item must also be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase. A customer is NOT allowed more than two exchanges from the original purchased item.
FOR IN-STORE PURCHASES, EXCHANGES WITHOUT THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
FOR ONLINE PURCHASES, EXCHANGES WITHOUT THE PACKING SLIP OR ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Refunds: Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and notify the customer that we have received the returned item. Customers will then receive an electronic Store Credit.
Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for items being returned. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
